At StoveGuard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom stove protector doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused stove guards in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspections the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
